With a Master’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics, followed by a Ph.D. in Education, I’ve dedicated myself to learning, growing, and sharing that knowledge with others.

 

As a certified business coach, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside inspiring leaders, helping them cultivate their businesses and unlock their potential.

For 24 years, Denmark was my home— I built a successful international consultancy focused on communications and leadership development. Those years were filled with invaluable experiences that shaped the coach I am today.

Life then led me to the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia, Canada where I lived on a ranch . I found myself dreaming: “How can I turn this slice of paradise into something bigger?” That question launched me into the world of ranching, raising Angus beef cattle, and learning to embrace every twist and turn of ranch life—especially alongside my cherished horses.

 

My passion for dressage riding opened up a whole new chapter. Breeding and training horses became a fascinating blend of art and science. Though I’ll admit the artistic side was outside of my comfort zone, I did what I always encourage my clients to do: seek out talented professionals and learn from the best.

 

I don’t just talk about business—I’ve lived it. I understand firsthand the highs and lows that come with running a company. That’s why, as a business coach, my approach is rooted in a practical understanding of your situation. I thrive on helping others grow, cheering them on as they reach for their dreams and discover strengths they never knew they had.
